Transportation will be offered round-trip to the hotel from the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky airport (CVG) on Wednesday 10am-6pm and Sunday 5am-2pm and when play day activities are complete. Transportation will be provided from Executive Transportation (located at Terminal 3) and transportation representatives can be found at Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 at the airport.

Options for travel outside the travel window include: Executive Transportation shuttle (Gamma Phi discount - $12 one way, call 1-800-990-8841) and taxi (~$25); transportation outside of the travel window is at the traveler's expense.

Parking at the hotel: There is a 20% discount on overnight parking. The daily valet rate is $15 and overnight is $21.

Parking lot adjacent to the hotel: $15 (12 to 24 hours), $10.50 (3 to 12 hours), $1.00 per 30 minutes (0 to 3 hours), $5 (weekends up to 12 hours), $5 (weekdays after 5 p.m. and before 5 a.m.), $8 (weekdays - Early Bird Special - in by 9 a.m. and out by 9 p.m.).

Additional Parking Lots are located throughout downtown and rates vary. Rate information is subject to event activity and will be available on request closer to the Convention week.
